I went to visit and buy some candy, but the candy store and tour have been discontinued. The store offered discount candy in the past, and the tour was fun. I went on it when I was young. At that point they took you through the factory. Seeing all the amazing machines inspired my career choices. When I was older they moved to a virtual tour. It was a still well put together tour and I enjoyed it. Wish they would bring it back. I was very disappointed when I arrived to the closed sign. Buying Sweets Candy from Walmart just isn't the same.

Was hesitant to do the tour with some reviews but actually really enjoyed it! Went with 5 little kids and it kept their interest. We started out watching live feed cameras of the factory while tour guide explained. Then we watched video clips of different candies being made with samples of each. It was pretty interesting! Fun walls for photo opportunities and sone discounted candy in the shop. No more than 40 mins. Would recommend!

All I’ll say is maybe buy your taffy from another company this 4th of July. These came out of a sealed bag I just purchased. Looks like baby cockroaches? Seriously grossed out. They should do something about the pests in their warehouse.

I have been eating sweets candy since I was a small child. Christmas was such a special time knowing we were going to get orange sticks in our stockings. I am now 57 and purchase them for my own children every Christmas which they loved as I did. They are now adults and have children of their own and I would never dare not put boxes of these treasured treats in their stockings as well as my grandchildren. I have friends that grew up Salt Lake that call me in November to put their orange stick orders in. We love all theire Candy and warm memories. I am so dissapointed that the local stores in Utah do not fully support Sweets Candy Co The buy the minimal amount of Orange Sticks in milk chocolate and maybe you will fine a couple other flavors. It I want dark chocolate cherry, blueberry, orange or raspberry I have to canvas the valley. I now choose to support Sweets by trekking there from the South end of the valley for my loot. Best ever and eggnog taffy is the bomb too. Shame on Smiths, Harmon’s for not fully supporting...

No doubt that these guys know how to operate fluidly. Arrived 2 hrs early on the GM (SE) side. Got docked & loaded as soon as the rig before me left. Was there maybe an hour (30 in dock). Even got some free samples. Would go here every day if I could. Loader asked good questions about trucking and there was definitely an understanding and respect for what we have to go through move goods from point A to B.
