Appointment: 11/30 19:00. Arrived 11/30 18:05. Finally loaded(without all the bills):12/02 15:10. Was told they already stopped loading for the day. They were polite and decided to load me anyways, which is awesome. But they said I had to pick up the rest of the load from a place down the road. Apparently they rent out space from a cold storage down the road. That cold storage needs 24hr notice for an appointment(none of this was told to my company). Waited a day or so for an appointment at the cold storage. Went to check in told me my pickup number was wrong and they couldn’t look it up, I was finally told an hour and change later that the pickup number was correct by my company, went back in and he said it’s still wrong so I had him go talk to a person in his building which confirmed it was correct. Dont recommend to work there. Heres my issue. I started working there for about 2 weekes perfect attendance, they even needed me to go in the back oven in which is not part of my job but they needed someone there. Trust me I work somewhere thats hotter and heavy than this yet they terminate me. Out of nowhere called the office they said it was my performance called the BBSI staffing they said its because I can't. Handle the job and because of my attitude. The next day called and said it was because something about my attire. Like I know my husband is a workaholic and doesn't have any attitude. Got held up at trailer washout and was a couple hours late. I thought I was going to have to come back. The loaders had gone home and only one person was there but he was very helpful. He said he'd get me loaded but it was going to take a while.
