Mike and Caleb pruned our 11 trees last fall. And this spring they fertilized them. 10 of the trees are better looking having been professionally trimmed and full of green leaves having been properly fertilized. Unfortunately one of the ornamental pears is too dead to save (couldn’t tell last fall - Mike said to wait until Spring). So today Mike took it down. It landed exactly where he said it would - on the plywood that had been placed to protect the lawn). Mike and Caleb chipped the tree, Mike arranged for a stump grinder, found a replacement tree, and will plant it next week. Like other reviewers have said, the crew arrives on time, the price for services is reasonable, and the work they do is top notch. Urban Arborist will be taking care of our trees from now on. Mike and Urban Arborist is truly an excellent company that does exceptional work. If I could give them 20 stars I would. We had them prune/trim a very large pine tree and remove several other very large trees. Mike was extremely knowledge full of every single different type of tree and bush we have on our property and gave me some very helpful tips. They left everything cleaner than it was before they arrived. They exceeded all of our expectations. What a fantastic and professional job. Absolutely wonderful results for our two large Siberian elms. Mike is very knowledgeable and provided valuable advice on what to do with our trees and what might be better options in the future. He's also quick and friendly with his team, who were diligent at cleaning up and respectful of our properties (our and our neighbor's homes had branches falling in them from our tree).
