Saltillo City Hall — Local services in Saltillo

I wish the Aldermen of this town would read and respond to the emails sent to them by the citizens that they were elected to serve. They don't have to like what I have to say but, as a citizen of Saltillo, I find it odd that I have no idea what any of them look like, nor have they ever sent out an email detailing what they're working on for us. I know that position isn't full-time but they ran for it... They wanted to do the work for our town that we're too busy for so why don't they...

So my son got a seat belt ticket was told it would be only 25 bucks, got there to pay it before the court date cause we don't even live in Saltillo, and got charged 70 soon odd dollars. When I called to inquire about it I was informed that the cops for the area aren't even trained to know about the tickets they are writing. The court system here is as trashy as the town and would not recommend any tourist to waste their time even...

Saltillo water department needs to get a grip. Never seen so many incompetent people in one place! Several days out of every month we have nasty brown water and never any notices or deductions are ever done! The City Hall and law enforcement are beyond...
