Decent Facility, Lacks Much. I only use this place because my work pays for it. I like their hours. If your into lifting weights don't waste your time. While they have good dumbbell selection, Their machines are lame. The leg press does not even engage your quads. It's the poorest designed leg machine I've ever seen. The angle of the plate and the whole motion range is completely disfunctional. Horrid design. On top of that the machine stacks are far too light. I can almost lift the whole stack on the leg extension machine with one leg. Pathetic. You will not get a good leg workout here. For upper body they only have one flat bench press and one incline, and they are seriously lacking good back machines, like a rowing machine. You can try using the cable tower with a portable bench, but I can lift the whole stack 25 times...and I'm no monster. Hardly a workout. While they have 2 pull down machines, they haven't any hammer machines for back. Overall, very weak on the equipment side. If you are into treadmills and elliptical they have plenty of those. There is a full sized gym for basketball and some punxhing bags. That's nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. I enjoy the people there. This review is an update from my ** bad experience 3yrs ago. Now they deserve 5 stars! There have been a lot of good changes. The front staff is amazing! The new daycare is a huge improvement from what it used to be. I like that my bigger kids can be in the same room as their toddler brother. It makes him more comfortable and I get to workout as long as I need. Before, my son was in the baby room and cried so much that I had to cut my workout short every time. The daycare has so much to keep kids of all ages entertained. The whole gym and daycare is clean and equipment is maintained. Everyone here is on top of it! I've been recommending this place to all family and friends...

I went yesterday for one day trial my sister goes there. There was a big lady at the front desk had a attitude like she didn't want to be there was really rude. Instead of trying to make me get a account there she just handed us off to some director so she can get back on the net shopping for herself. After we left we all walked together my girlfriend said thank you and she just sat there didn't say anything. Very unprofessional leave your problems at home customer service and assistance...
