Venue 4045 — Local services in San Antonio

We had our daughters quinceañera here just yesterday. The venue itself does not coincide with the surrounding area because It is a beautiful surprise walking in for the first time for a tour. Our initial impression is that it smells clean and fresh and just overall looks like the place is well taken care of with beautiful decorations and a Photo Booth. It has everything you need. Ike, the owner, I only have good things to say about him. From the initial tour, he has been so helpful with everything. He genuinely wants you to have the best experience possible. Everytime we spoke he never had attitude, was rude or impatient with our thousand questions and he makes himself available virtually 24/7. we would be contacting him around 10 at night and he would still be messaging us back when we were stressed thinking about the event. He is very detailed with every little thing that you want for your event and will add it to the event notes and will triple check everything with you before the event to make sure the event goes according to plan. Very organized, respectful and dependable. The venue has several add-ons including the DJ which he did a very good job with his music selection. Pretty much everything you need can be selected as an add-on so you don’t need to spend hours looking for all these things separate because he has it all here. The only thing we did separate was the food. The day of the actual event, again everything on their end was in line and ready to go. We showed up and just set up a few little things for ourselves but the majority was done which took off so much stress off our shoulders. You also have the ability to let the manager on duty that day to control the AC if the venue starts to get hot or cold which is important because no one wants to be in a uncomfortable environment where everybody is dying from heat for example. We had so much fun and I would highly recommend this venue. My daughter had an amazing time which was all that mattered to us. I believe this venue is one of those venues that is a hidden gem. We recently hosted our daughter’s Sweet 16 celebration at Venue 4045, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The venue was the perfect size, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our guests, yet intimate enough to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The space was clean, well-maintained, and offered a flexible layout that allowed us to bring our vision to life with ease. From setup to the end of the evening, everything ran smoothly, which let us truly enjoy the celebration without any added stress.

Our guests consistently complimented the venue’s beauty and functionality. While our daughter’s celebration wasn’t as large or crowded as some other Sweet 16 or quince events, it was filled with the people who truly matter and that made it incredibly meaningful. She had the memorable experience we hoped for, surrounded by love and genuine support.

My daughter had her quince last month and all i can say is this is a great place, the owners were very informative and patient to listen to all my questions and take their time to ensure I understood all the rules. Booked a year in advance and they always were available for any questions I had throughout the year. Day of the event the staff was friendly and very attentive, I had forgot to inform them of changes but they caught on and raised, lowered lights to the occasion. They even helped with some small plates that had as we forgot them for the cake. I would definitely recommend having your quince here as I felt they ensured I was satisfied with everything I was purchasing and made me feel important and not a bother or another number they do business with.
