Very bad experience from the start as soon as we walked in we were told that we cannot bring water for my four month old child and that I would have to buy water from them in order to give her a bottle. My wife was told to control two two year olds because they were playing in the middle of the ring where nobody was skating at. While she was attempting to gather the toddlers she was stopped and told to get control of them, as if you couldn’t tell that is what she was attempting to do. Then I got told I couldn’t even pick up my own two-year-old because I had skates on in my two-year-old was throwing a fit. I was just trying to pick her up to get her out of others way. It was our first time, I would of gave it 5 stars but the 70 some year old lady needs to learn how to talk to children without scaring them, they were trying to hold on to the walls and had to go to the bathroom so they came back the wrong way because it was quicker and they held on to the wall the whole way so they would not be in anyone's way, well the old lady owner stopped them any in a not so friendly way told them they had to go around the correct way, I understand that , but when a 10 year old is trying to get her little 5 year old sister to grandma to take to the bathroom I would of want the quickest way too. Very rude employees. We were attending a birthday party and my THREE year old was participating in limbo with all of the other kids. Again he is THREE, he hit the limbo stick and was out. He’s never played the game before so he doesn’t understand the rules quite yet. Well some old lady who was holding the limbo stick proceeded to yell and him telling him he’s out then when he went under again she goes “oh my god”. He’s three lady. If you can’t be kind to children and are that miserable then maybe you shouldn’t be working in a skating rink where small children come to have fun.
