I pulled in unexpectedly because I had something lodged under my car that I accidentally had driven over. I was taken care of very quickly by Jesus who jacked up my car and removed the debris that had gotten stuck in my wheel well.

Since I was already there, I described an issue I've been having for the last several months with my front driver side wheel making a horrible grinding and road noise when driving over about 30 mph. After describing the situation, Jesus offered to take it for a test drive. After a few minutes, he came back, jacked it up once again and suggested what I had suspected which was that it needed the wheel bearings replaced.

My car had been in a wreck on front driver's side a couple of years ago and I've had repeated issues with that wheel. The wheel bearings already had been replaced once.

While Jesus said he could not get to my vehicle today, he offered to do the work following the Labor Day holiday. The price you quoted was a third of what I paid last time. I think I just found a new mechanic home. Fingers crossed!

I came to get see what was wrong with my vehicle. Jorge the manager and Raul greeted me right away and assured me they would help see what was going on. Come to find out I need an alignment. LMG talk about uncomfortable for a lady not knowing what the heck is going on. They are super professional very knowledgeable and did the best work on my vehicle and now I can drive it safely back to Austin, please visit this store and know you are in good hands and will get the best customer service! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! First one mechanic said it would be $50-$150 to fix the problem. Then I'm here and they said I need to replace some parts. So I buy all the parts and now they said they found another issue. $250 after the first mechanic said no more than $150 and I still have the same issue 6 hours later of being here for nothing. Don't trust a tire shop that's not accredited by the BBB. Make sure you read the reviews wherever you go. After $550 in parts and labor my issue was never fixed. STAY AWAY...
