The quality of the food is subpar. I had cheese enchiladas, a crispy taco, and ordered an al pastor taco on the side. Refried beans are dry meaning they are sitting in a warming table or made in large batches and reheated. The same goes for the rice. Large clumps of dried out rice was mixed in with the softer rice. Their tortillas are heavy, thick and dense/chewey. They did not taste fresh. I believe the kitchen staff is lazy and think they can save money by cutting corners. I would bet money they prep alot of food and keep it warm all day or they store it and reheat as the order comes in. The onions in the al pastor tasted sour and they were burnt. The fry on the crispy taco was soggy. Tasted like the oil was not hot enough and it needs to be changed out. The taco meat was actually tasty and is the only reason they got a 2 star instead of 1. The weird grey gravey on the enchilada. What was that about? It literally does nothing for them and taste like the can from which it came. Stop cutting corners and keep the food fresh. It's okay to make rice and beans more than once a day. Keep the frying oil clean and make sure it is at proper temp for a proper fry. Make your enchilada sauce. Not everything needs to be made in bulk. Al pastor does not take very long to cook. I am not going to say I wont be back because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. I do hope next time is better and I will update my review...

The lady taking the order, 1 barbacoa taco and one bean and cheese took my order but never acknowledged it so drove up to the window not knowing if she took my order right. When we got to the window, we got our order then she took my credit card, then wandered away before I could give her my signed receipt and forgot about me until another employee noticed me and I was able to turn in my receipt and get my credit card back. โน๏ธ. Also my husband's barbacoa taco was loaded with onion and cilantro, something he did not want on it ๐คข A little pricey for 2 tacos, next time I'll skip this place and...
ย ย ย Read moreMy Father in law and Brother in law frequent this place. Once was enough for me. Wife recently went there and there was a staple in her taco. She brought it to their attention and the worker replied with "we don't have staples" As if my wife walks around with egg covered staples in her purse or something. So 1 star and patron be ware. The staple was one thing the accusatory response rather than apologetic should speak volumes. too many other TexMex places around there that serve tacos without metal in them and are happy...
