2/25/25 - FCFS delivery. They open and start accepting drivers at 0700. Deliveries start at 0730. I was here at 0550.

Park on the street if you can find a spot, they will have their own drivers coming in and getting ready to leave so they will also be on the street.

Go to the first door around 7 to check in.

When you check in, you pay the lumper fee up front. After you check in they will call you when they're ready to receive.

Got my call at 0755. Was on the dock by 0800. Unloading started immediately and them done by 0950. Got my paperwork shortly after.

When maneuvering you trailer, space can be tight so get out, look, and have an idea on how you're going to do it. One of their drivers offered me some assistance THANK YOU!

"Stay on the left side of the street, ride the curb and when you reach the yellow pole (directly opposite the telephone pole) steer to the middle of the street and then turn left like your about to pull onto the train tracks* worked perfectly for me!!

Use the patch of dirt on the side as well and when you are clear of the telephone pole, straighten out and then pull to the parking lot/dock across the street from you if needed to...

Got here at 6am, they open at 7am, I was the 2nd driver, was finally told to back in there door at 10:30am, the driver before me only had 4 pallets. That's right, they have 2 dock doors but only use one. If one of there trucks comes in you are screwed, the wait is even longer. Most of the drivers I talked to only have or had anywhere from 1 pallet to 4 at the most. It's sad that these reviews don't do anything to resolve this problem here. If you are coming here and you are not one of the first 4 or 5 to sign in your screwed. Good luck drivers make sure you don't have other stops the same day...

I never comment to any public page, but this is facility worth it. Worst unloading Company we ever been in Texas. We had a delivery on Friday we check in at 11:00 and after 2 hours of waiting they told us our appointment was for Monday because they didn't have space and they were not going to receive us until Monday. We had to cancel our Saturday load thanks to their lack of space.This is the most Rude, Unprofessional and feel superior to everybody receiver we ever been. WE ARE NOT YOUR...
