I’m a business owner came here for work with my mom as a silent partner 5/17/25-5/23/25 I was going to stay here for a month while I finish up work in this area until I realized how rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable they were my mom has stage 3 cancer & they told her to stand outside while cleaning the room mind you we had to “BEG for service” I personally walked to the front desk everyday to get towels, toilet paper etc. Then when I needed my sheets done all hell broke loose. I Calmly tried to explain that we was NEVER told that they don’t clean the rooms on a daily! He the (manger) said I see in the “notes” that we (the Receptionist) told you I said Sir I promise you I wasn’t told that I thought hotels give you service even if you’re staying for a few days. He then said Im not going to keep telling you that we told you day one I said ok if you say they did ok I don’t want to keep going on about that could I get service now. He said no they came already I said but sir I didn’t get service he said they came you were sleep so they don’t come again I said sir no one came he said “my housekeepers been here for years” they WOULDN’T LIE!! 😩 So I’m like I assure you they didn’t my mother is in the room everyday because she has cancer and can not walk far my mother literally told me everyday after I came from work that nobody came that’s exactly why I went to the office everyday to get the things we needed. I asked him to run the camera back cause he then said he don’t believe I came and picked up things everyday for the room. I said please pull the camera he said I don’t have time just go back to your room I said but sir I still need service. Long story short my mom in her weak state cleaned the room herself in the time I was down stairs talking to him about cleaning my room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because they have a chip on their shoulder like most Foreign owned Hotels if you no you no. Also there’s Crack heads/ drunks living all around the hotel day and night sleeping outside asking for everything this was something I didn’t see in the reviews as well so please be advised!! You Don’t get service every day and if you ask for it you gone get fussed at because “it’s not on the day they clean” which is whatever day they make up apparently as a customer you are not valued!!! I can say that I have a video of after the fact because I forgot to record but it’s of them trying to fix the situation after I said my mom can’t stand/walk that long they said she could sit in a chair but my mother had already made her own bed with dirty sheets because I told her they was giving me a hard time and she had to stand outside for 10-15 while they do the whole room mind you it’s an outdoors hotel it’s too hot & too long for her to stand on her own because of chemo this was before hand after he saw my mother in her weaken state barely standing up straight with thin hair I guess they thought I was lying about my mother being to sick to stand/ go outside for too long because of meds she might’ve passed out and that would’ve been a even...

The manager told me it was my fault I produced that water and they he "Kailash" would not refund me. I was shocked at the way he spoke to me and accused of this because he said I lived in san antonio and he has a recording of me saying I wanted a shower. I said great you have a recording because you can hear me say loud and clear I had been working all day and I was exhausted and needed some sleep and a shower. His demeanor in the way he handled me because he didn't want to refund me was the most disgusting part of that hotel. I'll never go back. I arrived a little after my check in time, before midnight, but nobody was in the office. It was locked completely. It looked like it was shut down for renovations, but I had a reservation! So I knocked and rang their bell, but nobody answered. A sign was posted that said "No Vacancy" and a number for emergencies, which I then called (later to realize it was the wrong number). Booking.com reached out as well and no answer for them either. I decided to call the next day and request a refund POLITELY until the man on the other side began to argue that it was MY FAULT I didn't get my room. I then informed him that I was traveling alone and was a little late but nevertheless, still showed up well before midnight and nobody was there. He began to berate me and speak over me saying he "doesn't need to hear my story". I was SHOCKED by his behavior and his response toward me. It was an awful experience and I will never again try to use red roof inn.
