They really need to fix the elevators here. Lots of staff work overnights and I push as gently as needed and still they don't work majority of the time. I have to leave work much earlier just so I can wait for a resident to use their key card to get me up so I can get to my client and work. Security is so easy to flag me down for checking in but I'm sure they see me standing for a long period of time in the hallway and not doing...

Luxury is a stretch! There are so many things wrong with these apartments it’s sad. The walls and floors have basically zero insulation you can hear your neighbors conversation clearly, your hear footsteps, your hear people talking outside all day. There is limited parking at the pool and clubhouse, the hallways tend to stink and are not cleaned enough. There is almost no guest parking near the buildings. DON’T rent here it’s not...

Relative stayed here and told us everything they did. Absolutely no care in the world for the residents especially the overnight team that is supposed to be there to help. Requested to use the restroom, no help. Request to change personal garments, no help. But yet they sure don't turn anyone down because of their insurance so they can collect all the money they can.

Never sending anyone nor reccomending this place...
