We have lived here for 5 years, and have felt safe, comfortable, and satisfied. Our community is quiet and clean, and our maintenance issues are always fixed on the same day. Steve is a Maintenance Rock Star, and Regina is a SUPER nice manager of the property. The grounds are properly maintained and the swimming pool is extremely clean. They are VERY strict on obeying the Lease Rules, but that ensures that the property is properly cared for and maintained. They will not tolerate loud, ghetto garbage people whatsoever which is a plus for the residents. This is a Blue Collar community of friendly neighbors who look out for each other and the kids. I HIGHLY recommend living here only if you are a decent, hard working, and clean person. The Apartment Management is excellent and stays on top of all issues. The original managers, Marisol and Claudia were extremely professional and organized and very sweet. Regina is even sweeter. In 13 days, we are moving into a house--and we are excited. I am going on 2 years of residency here and I love it. It's such a peaceful community and management and maintenance really go above and beyond. I never have to worry about sub par standard living. Property managers Regina (office mgr) really out does herself when my comfort is at stake in which it rarely has been.And it's nice to know she's amazing with all tenants as I've seen her be kind to everyone. I have never lived anywhere that the management did everything they could do make things so mind easing. It's clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye as there's no unsightly debris on property. Have been dealing with a roach problem since 2 years ago but tolerated it because they were small and I couldn't afford to move. NOW the roach problem is including huge roaches and I keep finding them everywhere including waking up to them in my bed at night. 1 fumigation (that they tried to back out of doing because in the 3 minutes of inspection she didn't see a roach and therefore it wasn't bad enough to do something about and I should bag the roaches I kill as proof) was done and it only seemed to make the problem worse. Went to the office to demand further action and got told, "What do you expect in multifamily living?". There are TONS of roach burrows outside too and they have already made it clear they will do...
