Worst experience I have ever received with a renowned company! Didn't want to write this review, but after waiting for months to get my calf raise pads, now they are the wrong size. I am the owner of Lions fitness out of MN. I put an order in of OVER 10,000$ 6months prior to needing the equipment and paid in full. The unprofessionalism and miscommunication TSS had with my order is astounding. I purchased 3 combo racks, a belt squat, a calf raise machine, leg extension/ hamstring curl machine and EZ bar fixated curl bar set.
Every single one of the safety t bars for the combo racks were the wrong size. One in which ripped the powder coat down to the steel right through the logo. The excuse of the company "one of the new guys made them"
The calf raise- wrong size pads so the metal corners stick out past the padded area, very dangerous. Janky and cheap feel when used. Excuse of the company "we arnt used to making that piece"
Belt squat- Fantastic highly recommended.
Extension and hamstring curl- cheap janky feeling, and tall members have issues with extending to correct distance/feet might scrape floor while in the movement.
Furthermore, not only was the shipment late but they also did not tell me the curl bars would not be in the shipment. Eric when asked what the heck is going on " oh I thought our Chicago store would have some" it then took another WEEK for me to get my curl bars.
I had spent hours on the phone with multiple people from this company, I gave this company thousands of dollars and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I gave them the month I needed the equipment 6 months in advanced and was told all of my equipment would be done in 6 to 10 weeks. They had 24 weeks to get it done PAID IN FULL!!
During the same time I also was working with three other companies that I paid in full with no issues whatsoever. Rediculous, I have been open now for 3 months and they just now replaced the calf raiser pads, that are the wrong size so do me no good. Never spending money on this company again rogue is...

I like to do cardio after weight lifting, but most times it seems entirely impossible to do since most of the cardio equipment is out of order, needs recalibration, or just doesnāt work. I pay $45 a month and it makes me wonder where my money is going to if the equipment is trash. The cardio equipment looks like itās from the 1900s. Itās literally just a graveyard of cardio machinesā¦.and I almost injured myself on the stair-master because it randomly jumped from level 5 to level 30 during my workout and found myself running up the steps for my life trying to turn it off but I had to quickly jump off because the off switch wasnāt working. The staff seemed more pressed about who is in the gym without a membership than the actual quality of the gym and the equipment. Iām new to fitness so itās definitely a meathead gym dedicated to powerlifting if that is your main focus then I guess that is all it is good for. I have been vocal about my dissatisfaction for months but have only been met with excuses. The staff falsely accused me of letting non members inside the facility and instead of having a conversation with me, they sent me an email threatening to cancel my membership. I have no control over who follows behind me after I let myself inside and to be falsely accused was the last straw for me. When my trainer starts training at another gym, I will gladly cancel my membership because I deserve so much more than what Iām investing into this gym. I would not recommend this gym to my arch...

About 8 weeks in I got a call informing me that the products were made and just being sent off to be powedercoated. When the deliver was made at my house I was impressed with the quality of the goods. I had a few questions during the assembly because the stuff ships flat. I sent an email and was called back. The man offered to sit on the phone with me and walk me through assembly. I didnāt have time to do it at the moment so he informed me that they were gonna take apart a ghr they had in the shop so they could get me the instructions I needed.
I bought a rack from a larger retailer about 6 years ago. If I could do it all over again my entire gym would be TSS stuff. I canāt stress enough how good the customer service is from TSS. Itās very refreshing when you call someone. Have a question and get not only a human (instead of an automated punch number system) but also the answers you were looking for. Buy TSS donāt...
