We had Protect America for some time before it was bought out by Brinks. I have been very happy with the equipment and the service and have not had any problems until a couple of months ago. Technical Support was unable to resolve the issue so I was told a service technician would come to the house to resolve the problem. The earliest appointment was a month out, so our alarm was down for a while. Customer Service waived my monthly fees. Today Technician Zack came out and took care of our problems. I can't say enough great things about his professionalism and knowledge. He was on time and anticipated my questions before I could ask. He was super patient in demonstrating all the features (new & old) and how they could be accessed on the new system. He did a run through of everything, then just to be sure, he asked me to mimic what he had just done to be sure I understood. He even cleaned up all the boxes and scraps before he left.
