Im dropping four stars to leave room for growth cuzz this was my 1st experience. That being said Chris (the Pro Shop Operator) is a true gentleman, a professional and steward of this game of bowling. He is knowledgable and truly invested in helping bowlera get better at their craft as well as embracing and welcoming young bowlers into this lifestyle. With this family business model Grip It and Rip It deserves to be promoted and supported by all in our community. Chris is cut from that cloth of a bygone era, patient kind but firm and instructional...He will not just sell you some equipment or services and rush yout the door...I love...

I posted before that I had trouble with my new bowling balls But....... Fri, Chris in the shop took his time and did a lot of work and got them to fit and did a bit of extra drilling. Milled out my finger tips a bit. Honed out my thumb slugs. And today I was in business.... Chris is a great guy and also gave me and my pops some of his new shirts. This man went above and beyond to help fix the problem that acured and he did a great job.... I'll be coming to this place for a lot of my bowling needs from now on. Very good guy. Stand up man..... the start was a bit rough but he fixed it and now I can get bk...

Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I am new to bowling and didn’t know the drilling layout and how it even worked but not only did he break it down but he worked with me for what my goal was vs what I currently do. Not only that but after the drilling I got a free game to test the ball and he watched the whole time giving me pointers (where to stand etc) and just was really great.
