The one star is only for them not helping me, I had an issue with another shop who couldn't solve a problem. They couldn't figure out how to fix the lost functions due to the new head unit. These guys here said they wouldn't work on it due to warranty issue from the other shop, but they knew what the issue was. I work as a repair tech in the medical field and im always repairing other folks work warranty or not. To not help someone in need especially when their paying is weird. Edit: to the owner good work isn't cheap, and i paid 3100, you in our first meeting offered to do the same for 2700. With the only difference being they installed rear speakers in an area that didn't have them. The work they did was good work, but the only problem as I stated was the loss of function with the new unit. Also the loma linda shop was closer to loma linda cancer center is then you were, so I chose them ( my wife is a cancer patient) it had nothing to do with being cheap or cheap labor. Wow!!! We happened to be in the area of San Bernardino today for business. Unfortunately, our newly installed Pioneer/Navigation stereo system was sending us all over the place continually giving us bad directions everywhere we were trying to go. We weren’t even able to turn it off no matter what we tried. In desperation and being far from home I checked my IPhone looking for someone to help figure out why this was happening. Boy, did we get lucky finding Dr.Soundz!!! Especially Robert, who immediately walked out to help us. He spent a lot of time showing us how to navigate the stereo and gave us detailed instructions on how to connect our cell phones to get car play, maps and google play running directly through our speakers. We could not have received better help today. If you are thinking about replacing your stereo or need anything in the way of a new sound system installed in your vehicle this is the place to come to! This place is HORRIBLE. Do not come here and waste your time. Worst customer service EVER. The guy that serviced me (mexican with a beard) is very unprofessional & a liar. They didn't install my speakers right and I went back to have them fix it, the guy argued with me and gave me attitude and a hard time just to fix their mistake. My boyfriend had even told the guy that there was no need to be rude. He kept saying it was someone else's work when it wasn't when both my boyfriend and I got our speakers installed there and as a customer I felt very disrespected especially as a women because as a man he should have been explaining things instead of coming at a female yelling. If anything he tried to get free money from me and all I wanted was a reconnection on the wires that's all he needed to do. Money isn't a problem for me I'll pay but all I wanted was my speakers connected and done right and they gave Me a hard time...
