I am happy to write this review and only wish this form would allow me to give Daleās TV more than five stars. Hereās our story: We were suddenly unable to activate cable on our Smart TV. Following a most frustrating and unhelpful tech help session with Frontier, I did a local search and called Daleās TV based on their top notch reviews and am so glad I did!! Martin came out the same day I called. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in an hour despite our complicated custom set up. We couldnāt be happier. It is so refreshing to have personal and highly professional in-home service - especially in this world of endless menus, Chat help and at best, a remote session with a marginally competent live person. Donāt hesitate to call Daleās TV if you need help with a TV setup. Apparently they also repair appliances and we will certainly reach out to them the next time we need...

I called Daleās and spoke to Martin. He was very courteous and said they could pick up the tv from my home for a fee and if I decided to fix it that would be waived and applied to my balance. He picked it up the next day, at the time that was promised. He called me a couple of hours later, told me the problem and price. The price was very reasonable so I agreed. Communication is poor and they even missed a scheduled appointment and didn't even call to say they weren't coming. Getting updates on my TV, pricing, price BEFORE charge...etc. is nonexistent. Very kind man that spoke to me but this is about the work. I received my broken TV worse than how I left it and the entire back panel is dirty and scratched. $45 was spent on pick up and delivery and $25 for general inspection. Waaaaaay too much money especially after a missed appointment...
