Since moving back to this area six months I have to say that this is the worse stater bros by fall. Not only have I been there when people get into fights while in the middle of the aisles, someone leaving trails of human feces all over the floor, and now someone has gotten murdered by being shoot inside the store now. I I want to make sure that I do not go to the store anymore and drive to a further one that is nicer and not have to worry about anything or anyone asking you for change while in the store. I would highly recommend anybody who is thinking about shopping here to go to a different location or a completely different Grocery Outlet. This is by far the worst grocery store I have ever seen in my life. Not only is it completely unsafe to come here but they are completely on sanitary in the deli and bake area. On more than one occasion they close down early so you cannot complete your grocery shopping and if you watch the Miss handle the food products while preparing it for customers.
Update: 6.30.2019 I finally decided to try this grocery store again after someone was murdered her was completely horrified that the meat department is letting insects to fly all over the meat in the glass case They also leave meat so long that it gets a rotten look on the edges of it. I've added and uploaded the pictures This grocery store truly does not care about it's customers and I high suggest going somewhere else because this place is...
Read moreI am always disappointed with the customer service at this location and the Del Rosa location. Cashiers oftentimes are too busy talking to the people who are bagging or to the other cashiers, about thei personal life instead of paying attention to us the customer. Since I go to that store by my job at least 4 times a week in the morning, afternoon or after work, I have seen management always and I mean always handle customers in a negative way. They have no idea what customer service is about. Instead of diffusing a situation, they make matters worse. I'm not talking about the drunks and the thieves, I'm talking about the customer that goes in there with a complaint and maybe a little upset but by the time it ends they are angry because of the lack of knowing how to speak to customers. For 20 plus years, I have seen your different managers and assistant managers tell people "goodbye", "you can leave now", "go" and again I'm not talking about the drunks, thieves, troublemakers.. The managers are teaching the other employees how to be disrespectful, inconsiderate , dismissive and as a customer I think that I am going to be treated that way if I have a complaint. Your customer service training...
Read moreI recently had an unpleasant experience... Had I not been in a hurry to feed my kids I would have turned into a Karen then and there. I picked up a loaf of bread from the "Price Reduced"... This is how I try items that I wouldn't otherwise buy. While in line, I noticed that the bread was moldy so I advised the cashier that they should toss that instead of placing it in the go-backs (its moldy!). This chick replied that I should go let bakery know that their bread is moldy, it's not her problem! I told her that she shouldn't put that bread back on the shelves cause its MOLDY and she replied that I shouldn't buy things from the reduced Price racks if I had a problem with moldy bread... I told her that her attitude was foul and that regardless of where I got the bread from, they bread they had for sale was still moldy (reduced price or not) - and she again said it wasn't her problem and that I needed to let bakery know or not buy from the reduced price rack. That was her freaking solution!!! SMH, if she is this thin skinned she shouldn't be dealing with customers. She had zero regard for possibly getting people sick with...
