NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL! THEY SOLD ME A STACKABLE WASHER/DRYER, WASHER LEAKED, DRYER WAS BROKEN (DID NOT DRY CLOTHES) VERY FIRST DRY! THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK OFF THE PART AND WAS GOING TO FIX IT BUT WHEN I CALLED, ACCUSING ME OF BREAKING IT WITH A LOAD OF TOWELS!!! APPARENTLY MY TOWELS NOW HAVE BUTTONS THAT CAN GET STUCK AND BREAK THE MACHINE?!?!!! THE LADY ( I ASSUME THE OWNER) WAS RAISING HER VOICE AT ME, GETTING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SO I HAD THEM PICK IT UP AND GOT THE MONEY BACK! THE OLD MAN WHO I BELIEVE WAS THE OWNERS DAD WAS GETTING AGGRESSIVE WITH MY HUSBAND SHOVING HIS HANDS IN MY HUSBANDS FACE AND STARTED TO RECORD ME SO AFTER HE REFUSED TO DELETE IT I STARTED RECORDING HIM AND I GOT HIM ON VIDEO CALLING ME A BIG MOUTH!! HE HAD ACTUALLY GOT OFFENDED WHEN I SAID I DIDN'T WANT TO BE ALONE, WHEN THEY CAME TO PICK THE WASHER /DRYER AND THIS HAPPENED... I WAS RIGHT TO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I'm so disappointed in their service and manners of how they treat people. Young man there is very disrespectful, not willing to work, doesn't want to unwrap the plastic wrap to show me the stove. Older man who says he's a tech there, he didn't try to show consideration to me either. He just started taking the stove away and started comparing their store to home Depot and lows. While I was waiting for my husband who went to get them cash for the stove earlier, they were so rude, and asked me to step out of the store with my one year old baby.
