Franks Burgers — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I'm very disappointed this morning with my breakfast burritos. I know price's went up on everything but if I'm going to pay $26 for two breakfast burritos make me $26 burritos. I asked for two breakfast burritos this morning with sausage and bacon. Instead I received two breakfast burritos with extra egg and potatoes. There was very little thin slices of a sausage and crumbs of bacon. And I mean crumbs! I called and the nice lady at the drive thru talked I'm thinking to Frank and he said to bring the food back. That customers bring their food back and he will exchange it for another one. I'm at work tearing into my potatoes and egg breakfast burrito you think I'm going to drive back half an hour for another burrito!? I do not want free food, I want you to make good quality food. It seems like this restaurant is trying to pinch as much as possible. Frank should take a drive down to Mikes Burgers off highland by Home Depot and buy one of their breakfast burritos. That's what a breakfast burrito should look like! Again, thank you for offering a free burrito because you gave me a breakfast burrito filled with potatoes and eggs and very little meat. I'll take my $26 elsewhere.

And yes I am taking my $26 to MIKES BURGER GRILL off Highland for my Delicious Breakfast Burritos! You should try them out. They are so delicious it'll make you wana slap yo ma ma! I recommend the bacon and sausage...

Hi Frank's we are regular customers we love your food especially your breakfast. It's our Sunday place to go because we know the food is delicious but this morning we were let down because we asked for well-done hash browns and when we got home to find out our hash browns were raw. We spent 47.00 total for our order altogether .So we went back and of course you fixed your order thank you very much it was delicious but I have to say that you're older short lady who works at the front desk was very rude to us and we were trying to be nice to her and we were but she continued to give us dirty looks and roll her eyes at us because she messed up. We told her three times to make sure our hash browns were well done and they weren't. We are good customers and we didn't deserve the looks and the attitude that she was giving to us. This is not the first time she has been rude to us she was also rude to us at the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago. Please give her a talking to because what she did to us was wrong we didn't deserve to be treated that way by her for a mistake she made not us. Like we said we love your food and we appreciate your service we will be returning and hopefully we will get get the service we deserve specially when we pay with our hard-earned money to give to for your delicious food... again thank you. If I could give zero stars I would!!! My bf and I stopped here randomly...we like to try new places and help small businesses. We pulled up and asked the lady to give us a minute to look over the menu. She said "okay" and not even 30 seconds later says, "ARE YOU READY TO ORDER YET?" In a rude tone. Our total came out to $19.83 and we paid cash- $20 bill. She hands off our food rude and doesn't give us the change nor receipt. We then start to drive off and I had a feeling I had to double check our food. The side of hasbrowns was a skimpy serving. The waffle combo was to come with bacon and eggs, which they did not give us. The whole thing was a bad vibe, so we went and asked for our money back. She asked for the receipt and we said "You didn't give us that or the change". She said, "what was the total?" And only gave back what she charged, which was $19.83. She still kept the free change!! Lol! This place is a joke and they have a B grade rating in the window. Which we didn't see at first. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out...
