Today I realized my shower glass door was on its last leg. My door has a metal hinge and sheath that runs through the spine of the door, and both parts at the top of the door started to tear out of the spine. I had attended to fix it about a year ago but it obviously didn't last long. I decided to call up shower Bros and got a hold of Shelby.

Unfortunately the company that makes my shower doors wouldn't even sell me the parts needed and directed me to some retailers in Fort Myers that wouldn't even answer my calls.

Shelby at Shower Pros picked up on my first call and was awesome enough to give me advice on how to fix the shower door. Most companies would charge you to come out to your house and quote you on replacing the whole door but Shelly was awesome enough to guide me through how to actually fix the problem myself free of charge. Shelby, I received 3 estimates for 2 shower doors, 2 of the estimates were DOUBLE the cost of your estimate. So, I provided you with the EXACT specs of what they would provide for 2X the cost. You provided 2 shower doors, with the same quality for 1/2 the cost.
