UPDATE: After careful consideration, I’ve decided to keep my original review intact. Respectfully, you definitely did not wash your hands. We never lost sight of you. If you indeed have the video you mentioned, feel free to post it; perhaps the health inspector would find it enlightening. It’s worth noting that after wiping the trash cans, you immediately checked your phone. It’s unfortunate, as we’ve enjoyed many visits here in the past. However, we’ve discovered another shop, Scoop Me Up Ice Cream, located north of the airport. They source their ice cream from the same place you do but also prioritize good hygiene practices and offer a wider array of flavors. Plus, the setting is much nicer. I’d suggest anyone reading this give them a try!

The ice cream was mediocre at best. Portions were small, and the tables were unclean. Additionally, there was a significant ant problem. I was disappointed, as I genuinely enjoy supporting small local businesses. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. If you are in the area, I recommend visiting Royal Scoop for a far better experience.

Response: Actually, it is funny you said it was a bad day, as it actually was a great day! My daughter brought home her report card which had all A’s, hence our reason for the visit. The tables were definitely not clean. As we were going to sit down we passed by 3 dirty ones and had to settle for one that was decently clean. Maybe the ant problem has gone away in the last week, but when my daughter and I visited, it was definitely present. I definitely would rather pay 25% more to enjoy a better tasting ice cream in a cleaner, and more welcoming environment.
