Taking yoga classes was my old dream, and I was lucky to get into Irina`s group, and till now have been doing yoga for the 3rd year.
Irina is an excellent teacher, very attentive to each student, especially to a beginner who is not self-confident and expects that he will not succeed. Before starting classes, Irina is always interested in our well-being and offers each student modifications of Asana according to his strengths and abilities and always advises to listen to your body! Irina personally shows each Asana and her wonderful plasticity and artistry make a very strong impression, as well as her amazing voice, which you want to listen to and listen to. Our classes are very varied. Irina pays great attention to pranayama - breathing yoga, which fills you with a feeling of lightness and surprisingly frees your head from unnecessary thoughts. My work is related to sitting at the computer and yoga classes with Irina help me feel better physically - I want to keep my back straight all the time and move a lot.

Read moreI have been taking yoga classes with Irina during two and a half years. I love the classes very much. Irina offers different complex of exercises for different parts of the body, such as back, lower back, shoulders, neck. During her classes we practice different Asanas - the physical poses and postures. It is very important that Irina pays o lot of attention to Pranayama - breathing and also breathing during yoga class that is very important to maintain our body in balance. When I started doing yoga with Irina, I hardly could sit on the floor because of the pain on my lower back. Also I could not do some postures such as Table pose and downward Facing Dog. Now I feel very good. My body became very flexible and strong. When I started doing yoga, I felt pain and tiredness. Now I really enjoy doing yoga exercises because I do not feel pain from stretching but nice sensations and can manage my body during the yoga class. Read moreI started working out with Irina about a year and half ago and honestly was quite sceptical about it at the beginning. Moreover, I just recovered from spinal operation and had difficulties post Covid. As a result had back pain, short breath and fear not only to start yoga, but even to get up and do any sports. Irina is a magnificent teacher and has a unique strategy for each student within her group. She was very encouraging, caring and accurately controlled all my moves at the beginning. After about 2-3 months I saw clear changes! With her techniques of breathing and meditations, I could miraculously walk, inhale and live life again to the fullest and most importantly be super proud of myself.
