Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered (2) foot long flat bread sandwiches and one was a foot long and one was rolled up into a 6inch burrito for there buy 1 get 1 for $1 . Talked to the owner and he explained they did things differently but I ordered (2) different 12inch flat breads and they came out different. After arguing with the owner they finally made it the correct way and told me they do it differently and continued to argue with me as. I will never go back to this poor establishment again. The food was great and the man my husband and I spoke with was friendly he was the one who made our sandwich, but as I’m being checked out there were two bigger women one was blonde and the other was a brunette and all the did was talk the entire time. Placed an online order for two subs. They ended up putting bacon on one of them which wasn’t something I’d asked for. We noticed the mistake once we got back to work and opened it. I looked at the receipt to check and no bacon request was on it either. We don’t eat bacon so that entire sandwich went to waste and we had to split the other one since we were too far and didn’t have time to go back.
