Im nothing of a computer savvy ... i stopped by the store today trying to find a laptop that would be compatible with Cricut and ii must say prices are great especially for someone on a budget. ( like myself) Jennifer helped me out today must say i have not seen such great customer service in a long while. Jennifer was AWESOME ! She answered all my questions and concerns and believe me i had ALOT of questions. She dedicated the time to fully answer them all. ! From the moment we walked in til the moment we left the store she made us feel welcomed, it felt like we were talking with a good friend. The business owner, Fernando, has a fairly decent knowledge on computers, they couldn't fix my issue and that's alright. I was treated with fairness and my issues with my service were resolved quickly. I originally brought in my computer because I needed to fix a bad bios update. I have 9 years of computer tech experience but I didn't have the right hardware to fix the motherboard at this time. When I picked up my computer, the assistant pulled out the power cord from the computer while it was still running and minor damage was caused to my motherboard while in their care. Read moreThe man who owns this shop had repaired and worked on my 2nd PC over a year ago, but I never used it. Yesterday I tried to start it and after the initial startup indications on the screen, it went and stayed black. So I took the PC back to this shop and asked for the free Diagnose they promote. The guy looked at the front of the PC and said: "the power button is red, there is something wrong". That was the free Diagnose. Anything more would have cost $60.
