I've attended a total of 2 events at this location, both hosting 80 - 100 guests. The main areas are wheelchair-accessible and the restrooms, as well as the security post, are within just steps of the main event space so, that was very much appreciated for the convenience. There's a prep kitchen (no oven or stovetop) where already-prepared food can be arranged and transferred to serving containers. There isn't an audio/visual system so music and any other media/entertainment must be provided.

For example, today, the Jacuzzi was closed even though we had used it last Friday, and the staff member tonight told us the heaters aren't fixed yet, even though they are (we used the Jacuzzi last Friday). The signs say they close at 11, Google maps says they close at 10, and the staff often closes 30 minutes to an hour early. $200 to HOA every month is too much for this level of...
