LUI Flower Shop — Local services in San Diego

My experience with this flower shop was very unprofessional. I had went two months prior to order a quince bouquet for my special event. Giving them enough time to get the supplies to complete and satisfy the order. They ensured that the bouquet would be to my expectations since I did provide an inspiration picture and quoted a price for that specific bouquet. The day of my event I went to pick up the lady at the front desk said she had no orders for quince bouquet. Soon after the owner contacted me and she said that she totally forgot and that she would make a bouquet it would be ready in an hour. Which as she did make me last minute bouquet it did not look like the inspiration picture. It just seem like she threw something together...

I came in late in the day for Valentine’s Day but they were so attentive. I was greeted right away at their door and they were so helpful. At first I was looking for a singular flower because I just wanted a quick in and out but they were so helpful and kind they helped me make a beautiful quick vase arrangement for my mother. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend while he’s on tour with his band so I went through this shop. They were incredibly sweet and helpful the gal I spoke with on the phone personally delivered the flowers to the show venue herself and made sure my boyfriend got them okay.
