Chef Yoann created a culinary feast, an exceptional evening, and a treasured memory for our family and friends. I strongly recommend him to anyone lucky enough, as I was, to have found him.

From the moment he walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands. He brought everything necessary, from the freshest ingredients to tableware designed for presentations that delight. He was extremely well organized and yet flexible and sensitive to our needs.

Dinner was unforgettably delicious. And Chef Yoann's warmth, genuineness, beautiful attitude, knowledge and love of food made for a very special atmosphere. His explanations of each dish were wonderful, and every mouthful, a blissful treat.

Unbelievably AWESOME. I reached out to Chef Taboyan for a 6 person, 3 course dinner party. It evolved into an 8 person, 7 course meal with wine pairings. Chef and his staff were very accommodating and made it all happen in 4 days! I'm not going to give any surprises away, but not only did Chef Taboyan create delicious food FROM SCRATCH in my kitchen, but he also created a spectacular show when he brought each course out. He didn't simply serve it on a pretty...HE PUT ON A SHOW with special food effects. None of my guests wanted it to end! Chef Yoann went above and beyond as a personal chef we hired for my husband's birthday. His food was beautifully crafted and was as delicious to eat as it was pleasing to look at. He is incredibly professional and you can tell he puts so much love into his dishes. My whole party was impressed by the preparation, presentation, and execution of the dinner party. He also left my kitchen in clean, spotless condition. I appreciated the consistent communication throughout the week by him and his wife Gina, so I knew exactly what to expect prior to his arrival.
