Fresco Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Diego

Few places deliver to Mira Mesa with vegan options so I was excited to try out Fresco. We just got our pizza and I can say that I'm pretty impressed! I love daiya cheese but am picky about the amount of cheese on my pizza - they nailed it. Also, I was on the fence about the price per topping, but there was generous amount of each of the 3 toppings we asked for.

When I ordered online, I forgot to add a sauce option and they quickly called after I completed my order to confirm if I meant to ask for sauce (which I did). Thanks for that! It seems like a small gesture, but I appreciated that they added that small touch of customer service.

Happy to say that I've found my new weeknight, too lazy to make dinner, pizza...

Based on the reviews I read I decided to give this place a try. I had gone there before when it was just a pizza place (prior to the remodeling) but never gave it a shot until now. I can honestly say I am so glad I did!

I only ordered their famous turkey burger, fried zucchini sticks, and a children's pene pasta alfredo w/fries.

The turkey burger was one of the best I've had. The bun was so super soft and the turkey was awesome! The zucchini sticks were fantastic. I opted for ranch dressing instead of the marinara it normally comes with. My little boy got the pasta and loved it. I snuck a bite and tasted great.

Just 10 or so fast miles east from the I-5/805 merge you will find an exceptional eatery. Excellent service without the pretense found in my neighborhood. The best pizza and wine and beer prices in a relaxed, family neighborhood. The patio is especially excellent for canine buddies. Greek salad, fried riceballs, salmon pink sauce pasta ... delectable! Fresco Supreme pizza and beer! And after two or so hours of nurturing relaxation and great, attentive service, you leave satiated and happy. And you didn't drop $140.00! The owner is always there for quality control. Go east and find far better food and service and great wine-beer prices. My favorite getaway diner. Try...
