Pilates Collective is a MAJOR pain in my glutes!! Literally. They are still burning right now! But in all seriousness, this place is awesome. I’ve been wanting to review them but also wanted to make sure my review was truly authentic and passed the test of time. I’m a few months in now and still at it. First of all, I’m a man, and I’m willing to admit I now do Pilates. I have a gym background and am all about weightlifting. But this really kicks my…. Ummm… glutes… in ways I’ve never felt before. I’ve discovered muscles I’ve never felt before. I’ve tried various classes and nothing has ever stuck. But Pilates Collective has been great. And it’s not just because it’s a great workout that provides great stretching paired with hitting all the supporting muscles, but because the owner Stephanie has created an amazing space with an amazing collective of instructors. The various styles that they bring to the table really helps keep this from getting boring and old. Do something good for yourself and take a class here.

I’ve been to a bunch of classes and they’re all amazing. The instructors work with you to make sure your form is correct so you get the most out of the class. Everyone I’ve met has been so nice and you come out of the classes feeling great…and sore! The good kind. Stephanie is always so helpful at helping me with group classes and her classes also kick butt. My fav instructors are by far Jordan and Brenden, but everyone is great. I highly recommend this class for beginners and advanced levels. Best workouts I’ve had. Studio is super cute and always clean!!! I always look forward to my Pilates classes!!

It was my first ever Reformer Pilates class and I loved it! The instructor gave me a lot of attention and helped me navigate my body. I also really enjoyed the energy in the studio — bright and welcoming! Definitely coming back

My wife and I have been taking classes at Pilates Collective in PQ for the past three months now. I was skeptical at first about how useful and suitable this form of Pilates reformer exercise would be for me, a 60-year-old male suffering from chronic ankle and knee arthritic pain from a life-time of sports injuries. After a weekly regimen of form and sculpt classes at Pilates Collective, I have become a grateful believer. The pain in both my ankles has been mitigated by the strengthening of lower body muscles through the controlled jumping on the reformer machines. The work with straps and the sliding board has also significantly improved my overall balance and stability in the knees. The experienced teachers and the small size classes at Pilates Collective offer the perfect amount of attention and guidance for us to maximize the benefits from each class. We feel very lucky to have access to this effective practice to improve our...

I have now taken 4 classes at Pilates Collective and have enjoyed my experience more and more every time! The studio is always so welcoming and clean and well organized and each instructor I have had has not only been very helpful and informative making sure that everyone understands the exercises but also very hands on in a way I have not had at past studios. I love only having a class of five people because it makes the experience feel more personalized and inviting as it’s a community of woman not just a corporate gym. I purchased the monthly membership and cannot wait to continue coming in the evenings. It is genuinely something I look forward to every evening. They are also very helpful when it comes to answering questions about the studio and packages you can purchase. Highly recommend trying this studio out, you will...
