Tektel — Local services in San Diego

Ordered 60$ worth of SDI connectors from these turkeys through Ebay. The item never showed up and they refused to refund or reship. It was on slow shipping so it took me awhile to realize the item didn't arrive, I order lots of stuff for my AV business. Ebay closed the matter and Tektel isn't helping either. I think it's very wrong to charge someone for an item they never received, that's stealing...

The customer service of this place make me feel like I am dealing with a small mom and pop shop i.e. not the typically faceless business. There was a slight issue with my order and they called me right away to fix it and offer a better solution. Thanks for the extra connectors too... that really helped. If I ever need to order any sort of bulk cable etc.. I'm just going to go through them...
