AVOID USING THE APP HERE. You will NOT get what you pay for, you will get an attitude when asking for a refund. You will be advised to leave without resolution and only the threat of calling the cops and starting to video the actions of the counterpeople who are not doing there job will get a result. When you ask for an 800# you are met with resistance. When you complain to Subway corporate you will get a response from the owner, Azadeh Amani, running the franchise under Cactus-Subs. He will appologize while blaming you and you will still not get your money back or any gratification or true resolution. He also owned another Subway on Otay Mesa, which has permanantly closed... Read moreWorst customer service i have ever received..already knowing they close at 3 due to covid..i made sure i got there before 3pm..i understand i got there at about 2:50 and employees want to pack up early and leave but the rudeness and unprofessionalism from the 1 of the girls was unnecessary.
