There is a great phlebotomist at this location, but this review is for the company itself. While the workers may be and probably are patient-centered, this is not a patient-centered company, that's for sure. I needed a copy of lab results which had not been sent to my doctor as should have been the practice. So, this is what I tried:

Call the location: I could not get a person. I've tried this before with the same result.

Go to the location: I could not get a person. There was no one at the window. So, I 'checked in" at the kiosk, hoping that would notify them that someone was in the lobby and needed help. Then, sat down and waited. No response.

Finally, someone was at the window, seeing a previous patient out. I spoke to her. She told me they do not have access to results at the location. She gave me a card that gave me 2 options: online, or phone. I did not want to go home and have to come back in case there was a problem, so I sat in the lobby and made the call.

Also, having experienced the problem of no one at the window before at this location, I told the person my frustration with the poor customer service at the company (not with her). She gave me a paper with a website listed, where I could register my complaint. The survey is no longer active.

Phone call: I was on hold for quite a while. When I finally reached a person, I was told my resuls would be emailed to me. I went home. By the way, I had given her the doctor name and the month the bloodwork was done.

Upon arriving home, I found that she had sent me the wrong test results. It was prescribed by a different doctor and was compeleted in a different month and was for a different test.

Throughout all of this, I have been trying to log in and see if I can get the results online. There seems to be a glitch: When I enter the date 03/15/2022, it says I cannot enter a date older than 04/24/2022. So, that is a dead end.

I called the number again and told the person the doctor's name and month. I wasn't sure which day I went, but knew which week it probably was. She said she couldn't find it without having the exact day.

Result? I will have to have the bloodwork done a second time.

It's not the workers' faults. We need health care reform that reigns in greedy CEOS and...

Never coming here again! This was my first time coming to this location and using Quest Diagnostic to do blood work my doctor ordered only because Labcorp didn’t do the service I needed anymore. Guy was very rude. Never gave me my ID insurance card back. He kept it and when I asked for it back he said oh no I handed that back to you. I check/emptied out all my pockets and emptied my bag out and my insurance card was no where to be found. He didn’t even bother looking for it with the stuff he had with him or in his pockets. I got so annoyed he kept denying and lying he didn’t have my insurance card. I came back to my doctor to hear about my lab results and I couldn’t find anything out because apparently the guy who took my specimen didn’t bother attaching/writing my name on the paperwork that now I have to do the same services again and wait even longer for my results to come back. Also the phone number provided is just robot voice automated. The workers they don’t even handle or pick up the phone calls when I wanted to call about them finding my insurance card that I never got back. Now I have to take time off work just to go to their location and ask in person if they ever found out. So much for having a...

It's unfortunate that a company like quest would hire an employee like the one that is working at this location this morning. I have been to other locations for years, I know their systems, and they work diligently to get their patients in and out in a timely manner, with or without an appointment. At this location there is only one phlebotomist this morning and as she called the next patient I asked how long it would be for a walk-in and people were leaving after waiting for 2 hours, unseen. And no wonder. After each patient would leave, it took between 20-30 minutes before she would call the next patient to come back there were only 3 people in the waiting room. After an hour plus of waiting, I gave her what she wanted, one less patient to deal with. I left and went to the vons location in upland where I was seen within 10 minutes. Don't bother. The extra drive...

As always, the problem with Quest is not the staff. The problem is that their corporate office makes sure that their locations are perpetually understaffed. Here's what to expect: Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. If you don't have an appointment, be prepared to wait 45 - 60 minutes. There's no one at the window behind the kiosk. The only staff are the phlebotomists who are trying to go as fast as they can. Be kind to the staff because it's not their fault that you're waiting so long. Try calling or emailing the greedy people at corporate instead. If you absolutely have to talk to someone inside, when another patient leaves, catch the door and tell them you have a specimen to drop off or something to pick-up. If your insurance covers Labcorp, go to them instead.

Avoid this location at all cost. Polite service. However incompetent phlebotomist. He had to draw blood from both arms. I have big, protruding veins. The first initial needle came out of my arm/ vein. So my left arm had to be used to draw blood. Not to mention, it was a dirty facility. I should've went with the visual aesthetic and gut notion. However I was in a rush. Definitely going to my primary care provider to get tested.

Did my glucose test in here. The person that helped me was nice. Came here the second time to get blood draw and the lady was nice but very heavy handed. This is the most painful blood draw I've ever experienced. I'm still bruised and it's been a week.
