The apartments are nice and everything but next day that our lease started the property manager maria called us saying corporation had just found out two broken leases under my husband's name and we had 3 days to leave the apartment. Mind you when I went to the office to pick up an application I told her my husband has two broken leases the most recent one it's not even a year old and she told me my mom my brother sister in law and husband " as long as they're not tropicana properties you will be good we were only going to have to pay $275 deposit " so we were ready to get an attorney but they made us a deal we had to pay $318 dlls more deposit for us to stay in our apartment even though it was their mistake we agreed either way. Now they don't give you a maintenance number to call when you have a problem you have to call the property manager but she never answers the phone neither the office nor Her cellphone and if you go to the office she's never there either! We had a problem with our kitchen sink so my husband called maria and she told him there's no maintenance right now I'll send someone tomorrow but if there's something that shouldn't be there I'm going to charge you his time and my husband told her no it's ok I'll do it myself and I'll charge you because that's what maintenance it's for. New management is not that great. I’ll give it a 4 star so my comment makes it to the top and new tenants that are thinking of moving in, please don’t. I live on building 2 and the neighbors smoke drugs. I reported this since May 2025 and even before there was a change on the management. I did what management asked, reported this to police and was advised to report this back to management. I been ignored by the manager, I requested a change of apartments and she is not helping. I have children and pregnant, my whole house gets penetrated with this horrible smell, I can’t stand this anymore. I don’t want my children or I, waking up to this nasty smell. I requested to speak to a supervisor in hope that they can help me. But I’m thinking of moving out if nothing gets done and just take the hit on my credit. Anyone, if you know a way to avoid this, let me know. I don’t want to move but I really can’t live like...

I am editing this Review to confirm that I have been living here for the past two years, I like this new management and what i love is that Mark makes sure this apartment complex is a clean and safe place to live, lot of people are mad because the are not allowed to do whatever they want to do with this properties like having dogs and cleaning after them, if we follow the rules this complex apartments will be a very nice place to live!! 09/18/2022
