The Place Tortas — Restaurant in San Elizario

This was an afternoon lunch and an order of 2 burritos were placed for dine in. Tables were filthy, and surprisingly our order was out in less than a minute. No napkins to be seen. Came to my surpise that the food was old and reheated. My partner ordered a picadillo burrito and did not look anything like picadillo, it was full of red grease so he refused it. I asked to pay for our drinks and one burrito and she , the cashier and cook,charged me for both burritos. We asked to speak to the owner and she claimed to be the owner and forced us to pay for an unpleasant meal. Never going back and i surely dont recommend it to anyone. Waste of...

Disgusting food & disgusting attitude at San Elizario location. Didn't even look edible as the contents of my burrito looked very old & dry, yet were floating in grease..

Didn't bother eating it, took it to the counter but the extremely unprofessional & rude woman said since I touched it, she couldn't give me a refund.

Don't bother, spend your time & money elsewhere.
