I have purchased from this company before and wanted to place another order. The first order wasn't real smooth as they don't accept Paypal or an online interface to accept credit card payment. However, I thought I would place another order now that I know what I need to do. I sent several emails without a response. So, tonight I called them. I asked to order 10 of a particular item (power supply). He said he won't sell them to me as there are Ebay sellers buying them and re-selling them at a profit. I asked if I could purchase just one as I repair old consoles and need power supplies. The guy on the phone told me "your account is closed" and that he won't sell anything to me. purchased items on 3/28 got half order 3/31 along with half the order being the wrong part that was erroneously selected by whomever filled this order and charged double after hearing complaints about how hard it is to remove them and they should be charging double whats listed on website which is in reality less than 10 min work called back twice first time left message after a few hours i called back was first blamed as if i made the mistake and ordered something wrong until the guy on the phone realized someone there had shipped the wrong part and said would make it right before posting initial feedback update is got the proper part 4/2 so at least the atari i ordered parts for now has sound again with a non crumbled...
