I came out with less lash than I went in. An inexperienced esthetician named Hannah did my lashes. I repeatedly had asked for natural look and even showed her pictures of what I wanted but she made look like a drag queen. I had her taken them out immediately. In the process my natural lashes were damaged. Moreover Several times during removal glue went into my eyes and I was in pain. Hannah wasted Almost 4 hrs of my time for nothing. I had a flight to catch and all I could do was curse myself for making the biggest mistake for coming here. I followed the glowing reviews trusting someone experienced will take care of me. But I should have read online that there were no reviews for Hannah and she is not listed on website. She does manicure pedicure and they had a manicure pedicure person so my lashes. Just terrible! I could see I clearly have less volume now. Hannah couldn’t talk in English and I am certain she had no certification to do lashes as she did it so bad. I am appalled how can the owner Delena out source her work to her. While I lay there Someone was giving her instructions on the phone on how to her job as Hannah’s couldn’t speak English. Pls get someone who can at least talk clearly to their clients. They apologized several times but that doesn’t make it right. You wasted 4 hrs of my time when i am pressed for time and have a flight to catch. You made me go through pain and anxiety. And on top of that my natural lashes look thinner than before. Stay away from Hannah and this place.

P.s: They also moved my appointment last minute by 1/2 hr. Appointment was at 1:30 and and 1:29 I get a text saying there is no room so pls come at 2 pm. May be that was a sign and I should have cancelled my...

I usually never do reviews but with what they blessed me with, I had to! I wanted to do something nice for my mother before the holidays so I decided to take her here to get her nails done and a pedicure. While she was getting a pedicure, the workers asked if I wanted to get a pedicure too but I was afraid because I have an ingrown toenail. I have been struggling with this for years but they promised me that they could fix the issue with no pain at all. I was skeptical at first but decided to just go for it. It was the BEST decision of my life. I can run and walk normal now without any problems! I am so blessed for the work that they did on me. Not to mention the beautiful acrylic nails they did for my mother. She loved them and said it was the best gift I have ever given her! The environment was also so clean and relaxing too. We are definitely going back and they just gained 2...

I started going to Dalena for eyelash extensions in 2018, and am still going strong 4+ years later! (Both Dalena and Karen are AMAZING, and also like my therapists, lol.) Even though I moved to San Francisco, I gladly make the trek down to San Jose because I don't believe you can get the same sort of outstanding service anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Dreamality Co. enough - they are so kind, GENUINE, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and are EXTREMELY talented at what they do. I know that I am always in good hands when I walk in - whether that be with my lashes, brow waxes, manicures, or pedicures.
