The Creek Eatery was amazing! 🌿✨ The menu had so many delicious options to choose from — definitely a spot I’d recommend! #thingstodo #placestovisit #resturant #sanjose #silvercreek

This restaurant totally surprised me—it was way better than I remembered from my last visit! We decided to swing by on Valentine’s Day (a Friday, no less) without reservations, and somehow, we got lucky with a spot on the back patio. 🍀 Sure, it was a bit chilly, but the heat lamps did their job, and the ambiance was *chef’s kiss*. ✨ The string lights, cozy furniture, and decor made it feel like a little hidden gem. 💡 Our waiter was super friendly and came over quickly to take our order. ⏱️ The food arrived fast, too, which was a nice bonus. We kept it simple with a Mexican pizza, garlic fries, and steamed mussels. Let me tell you, the pizza was a standout! 🍕 It had the perfect thickness—not too thin, not too doughy—and it held its own without getting soggy. I’d say it’s close to NY-style, which is a big win in my book. The chorizo and red onion combo was 🔥, though I skipped the jalapeños (not my thing). 🌶️ The mussels were solid, especially with the toasted bread on the side. 🥖 It was perfect for soaking up the tomato-based sauce (though I’ll admit, we were expecting white wine sauce, so that was a slight curveball). 🍅 As for the garlic fries, they nailed it—just the right amount of garlic without going overboard. 🧄 The dipping sauces (aioli and ketchup) were a nice touch, too. 🍟 All in all, it was a great experience! I’d definitely come back, especially for that patio vibe. 🌟 8.5/10—would recommend! 🙌

Decent, but too expensive for what it is, even as a San Jose gastropub. Their pizzas use good quality ingredients, but our margarita pizza was a drippy, wet mess with tomato juice soaking through the thin crust, letting all the toppings slide off as you took a slice. The chicken sammy was a well cooked and seasoned pounded chicken, but with an underwhelming slaw on top that wasn't more flavored than the salad next to it. A big missed opportunity for more crunchy veggies, pickles, or gardenia. With an already salty chicken, the complementing vinegar or mayo kick you'd hope for is mysteriously absent. The chicken also sat plain on the lower bun, turning it into a hot soggy bun over time. For $22, you would expect much better. The burger was the biggest let-down, with an under seasoned beef patty, bland cheddar cheese, and a sweet marmalade which while I guess is unique and distinctive, was upsettingly sweet - like what you would top on a pancake or toasted English muffin. Service was fast and efficient, great staff took care of us through and through.

My son loves the pepperoni pizza here (which is such a basic staple everywhere - you wouldn’t think it’d stand out), but he’s 5 and prefers the pepperoni non-spicy. Now we’re searching everywhere for the same pizza and no luck - we’re just gonna have to come back.

I had the short rib omelette, which was delicious! There was short rib in every bite.

Customer service - the most important for me - was top notch, from the server to the bus person. Even though they were a full house (full patio, to be exact) and thus, took a bit of time to get around to me, I was always greeted with a smile. They refilled my mimosa glass multiple times, checked in on our table a few times, and even accommodated us when my parents joined our party an hour later. Crayons and color worksheet for my son when we sat down - it’s the little things!

They accommodated a bachelorette party, a group of seniors, some younger folks, couples - this spot is for everyone and for all...
