Wendy and Shane are amazing! Thank you both for the great experience. This store is impressive. I bought a hair dryer and cordless vacuum at this store. Wendy was so helpful with the hair dryer information and really made it easy for me to decide on the right model, and the pros and cons of the different colors! She even wrapped it up for me with Dyson gift wrap and a hand-looped, gold ribbon bow. Beautiful work, not even a tape line. She's very talented 🙂
I didn't think I needed a vacuum but thought I'd look around. it's been a while since I last owned a Dyson, purchased many years ago. While Wendy was gift-wrapping the dryer, Shane assisted me with all the cordless vacuum options and let me try different models. He walked me through some really useful demonstrations. I was indecisive at first but he was patient with me and answered all my questions - very professional and objective. I never felt rushed, or pressured to buy the more expensive model that wouldn't fit my needs as well as the one that he thought would be most practical for my particular case.
Shane and Wendy are kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the product line, and most importantly, they are ethical sales people. The next time I'm in San Jose, I will be stopping by to purchase again. If you even think you need a vacuum, fan, hair appliance or would like to upgrade what you have, I urge you to give them a visit. Don't even think about it, just go! I was only in town for the weekend and I ended up I buying more than I'd planned, but I have zero buyer's remorse. The products are every bit as good or better than we're demonstrated in the store. I'm so happy and totally satisfied with my purchases, and I'm glad I didn't buy them anywhere else. Sometimes you don't even realize there's a new or amazing Dyson product out there, just waiting to go home with you .... go see Wendy or Shane and give them an opportunity to introduce you to your first or next...

I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the abysmal level of customer service provided by Dyson Company in the United States. My experience with their service has been nothing short of shocking and frustrating.
I purchased a device worth hundreds of dollars, along with a two-year warranty. However, when I encountered a problem In October 2023, and reached out to Dyson for assistance, I was met with a complete lack of response. It is now February, and I am still waiting for a resolution.
Let me outline the appalling communication practices I have experienced:
*Phone Support: On hold for over an hour, and at times, representatives simply hang up.
*WhatsApp Support: A 24-hour waiting time for a response, and if you don't reply within 3 seconds of their message, they cancel the request, forcing you to start over.
*Email Response: It takes a staggering 7 business days to receive a response to emails. I have concrete evidence to support each of these claims!!!!!
How is it acceptable to provide such atrocious service for products that cost hundreds of dollars? Despite paying for an extra warranty service, I have been left with nothing but a horrendous service experience.
Excuses such as "high email volume" and "many customer inquiries" are simply not acceptable. As a paying customer, it is not my responsibility to tolerate such incompetence. It is clear that there is a personnel issue within the company, and it is the company's responsibility to address it promptly.
No customer should have to endure such neglect and incompetence. **Before purchasing from Dyson in the future, I urge you to consider the potential nightmare of dealing with their customer...

I initially tried to order a hair dryer from Dyson's website but it's out of stock, so I called the store and they said it's in stock and sent my an email link for payment, and that the item will be shipped on the next business day (Monday). However, I only got a single six-digit order number after payment that is NON-TRACKABLE on their website. No confirmation email is sent.
I waited for two more weeks and nothing has been shipped yet, nor can I confirm my purchase or track it status using any tools. When I called the store, they constantly pushing me off by saying I should wait for 5-7 business days, and even after it, they said they have no way of cancelling the order and asked me to call the customer service line. It's so funny when a seller says they cannot cancel an order that has not been shipped, and cannot be tracked, and no one would even know if it has even been made -- like a ghost contract out of nowhere.
After spending 40 minutes on Dyson's customer service line, the team said they cannot retrieve my order information and that the "order number" by the store's online payment link is no way connected to their order system. Also, they confirmed that new hair dryer is "out of stock" when the store asks me to place the order online and promised to me that it's "in stock".
Two weeks of waiting and back-and-forth communication turns out to be a waste of time. I did some research online and found out other buyers also lose track of their orders before it's shipped out for months, so the takeaway is to refrain from making order via phone even though the demo store itself...
