There’s something about The Cheesecake Factory that always feels like an occasion, whether you’re there for a quick bite or making it a family outing. My family and I recently spent an afternoon enjoying lunch there, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of meal we were hoping for comforting, flavorful, and full of variety to satisfy everyone at the table.
The menu is famously extensive, which makes choosing a bit of an adventure. Between seafood, pasta, burgers, salads, and of course, the legendary cheesecakes, there’s something for every craving. On this visit, we sampled a little bit of everything, and each dish had its own standout qualities.
I started with the herb-crusted salmon, which was served with creamy mashed potatoes and bright green asparagus. The salmon had a beautiful crust packed with herbs that added depth without overpowering the delicate fish. It was moist, tender, and cooked just right. The mashed potatoes were buttery and hearty, making the plate feel like classic comfort food elevated by fresh flavors.
Across the table, another salmon dish was ordered the Miso Salmon, one of The Cheesecake Factory’s most popular entrées. It came with snow peas and a mound of white rice, all topped with a rich miso glaze. The glaze was sweet and savory, giving the salmon a glossy finish and an umami kick that paired perfectly with the rice. It’s easy to see why this dish has such a loyal following.
For a heartier choice, one of us went with a pasta dish, featuring spaghetti with Italian sausage and tomato sauce. The portion was huge as is the Cheesecake Factory way and full of flavor. The sausage added a bold, savory note that balanced nicely with the tangy tomato sauce. It was the kind of meal that brings a smile because it feels both familiar and indulgent.
Of course, no Cheesecake Factory experience is complete without drinks, and the cocktails didn’t disappoint. A crisp martini paired beautifully with the salmon, while others at the table stuck with sodas and iced teas. The breadbasket was another favorite warm, soft, and the perfect way to kick off the meal.
What stood out most about the afternoon was not just the food, but the atmosphere and service. The Cheesecake Factory always has a lively vibe, and this visit was no different. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff was attentive, making sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed. The setting is casual enough for families but polished enough to feel like a treat, striking a nice balance for an afternoon out.
By the end of the meal, everyone was full and happy, and while we didn’t make it to dessert this time, the cheesecake display was as tempting as ever. It just means we’ll have to come back soon to sample a slice (or two).
Verdict: Our family lunch at The Cheesecake Factory was everything we wanted hearty food, a fun vibe, and plenty of choices to make sure everyone left satisfied. It’s the kind of place that never disappoints, and we’ll definitely be returning for another round, next time saving room...
Read moreA visit after a long long time and it definitely was all worth it .
To begin with finding parking close to the place is tough. You would have to be lucky to be able to find yourself a spot in the BOA parking area. Definitely the mall parking can be made use of though it would involve a bit of a walk to get to the spot.
Parking being sorted out , we got in ( group of 6) and were told a wait time of half an hour which didn’t seem that bad for a weekday evening. We strolled around in the mall for a bit and then got a text right around the half hour mark and made ourselves available at the front checkin desk.
Got seated in a nice comfy spot and we started with avocado egg rolls and nachos to begin with. The eggrolls were great and just crispy enough for us to enjoy. The sauce was definitely top notch.
Factory nachos turned out good and crispy though got soggy over the period of time that we spent on the table. Still very tasty to be enjoyed :).
Following the appetizers we ordered Fettucini Alfredo, Spicy chipotle chicken sandwich, a couple of grilled salmon ( one with corn on the side that yours truly ordered and the other with Broccoli) and a Herb crusted salmon.
The grilled salmon was done to perfection and the mash potatoes and corn along the side were just the perfect compliment.
Got great reviews about the other dishes as well and we did end up doing a to go for the Fettucini Alfredo and I as well ordered another order of eggrolls to take home with me.
All In all great experience , amazing vibes and we definitely well url love to repeat this .
Sooner than soon!!
An impromptu visit after ages that definitely requires a mention and a big shoutout to our sever Aubrey who was super awesome, prompt in service and made sure we had our orders in time and as requested.
Got our table right away after the checkin and placed our orders as it was already late in the evening for all of us. We started with an appetizer serving of Fried Mac and cheese which turned out to be amazing.
For our main course we ordered a herb crusted fillet of salmon (with a side of salad and mesh potatoes), a fresh grilled salmon (with broccoli and side salad), fish tacos (tempura style) with rice and beans along with Shrimp scampi.
Everything tasted just perfect and we had a great time at the Cheesecake Factory with our...
Read moreI am writing to share feedback about an experience my wife and I had at your restaurant last Sunday that left us feeling disappointed and hesitant to return.
While we truly appreciated the kindness of our server, the overall experience fell far short of the standards we’ve come to expect from The Cheesecake Factory, which has long been a favorite restaurant for my wife, especially for celebrating special occasions.
To begin, we were told there would be a 30-40 minute wait for a table. However, we ended up waiting over an hour and had to repeatedly check in with the hostess. Each time, we were told it would be “just 5-10 more minutes,” which felt misleading and frustrating. By the time we were finally seated, we were too invested in the wait to leave, but the lack of transparency was disappointing.
Once seated, the issues continued. The silverware, napkins, and menus appeared to be dirty, and basic items like bread and cheese for my pasta had to be specifically requested. We sat for 10 minutes before even being offered bread, and throughout the meal, we had to ask for water and other items instead of being proactively attended to.
Toward the end of our meal, we were startled when a nearby server dropped a glass that shattered right next to our feet. In the commotion, no one checked to see if we were okay. We were left to ensure ourselves that we hadn’t been injured and were further shocked to see that the broken glass was still not fully cleaned up as we exited. This wasn’t the only instance of dropped items we noticed during our visit, which made the environment feel chaotic and unsafe.
Finally, my wife experienced gastrointestinal discomfort for two days following our meal, which raised concerns about food quality and hygiene.
We understand the holiday season can bring challenges with higher volumes of customers, but this experience left a sour taste in our mouths—especially for my wife, who has celebrated many cherished birthdays at The Cheesecake Factory. It is disheartening to feel this way about a restaurant that holds such sentimental value for us.
We hope you’ll take this feedback to heart and address these issues, as we want to see The Cheesecake Factory live up to the high standards it’s known for.
Thank you for your time...
