Went to buy a vacuum. Store a disaster. Zero customer service, could not even get my cart through vacuum area. Ended up picking up wrong one by mistake because its a huge jumbled mess back there no organization. An alarm goes off as I'm leaving, really?! I have a sealed gigantic box! They bring me back in and examine the box....seriously?!!! Which part of me looks like a thief? Was it my gray hair, my limp? When I got to my car I realized my error and went back to customer service told them I picked up wrong one, showed them the right one. He goes on computer to make sure they have it, which I assured him I did from home before driving all the way across town. Eventually he says I'll go get it for you. 15 minutes later, angry mob behind me comes back with wrong vacuum. Says they don't have it but will refund mine and tell me where they do have it. Refunds it, forgets to refund the warranty, has to call manager. More workers called to service desk over loud speaker, it's getting pretty ugly. I take me refund and just go back to vacuums where I see the one I want in the now straightened up vacuum area, and not just one but two of them front and center. Reluctantly I get in the regular checkout line which is enormous and 35 minutes later I'm in my car writing this review. Bye Felicia never coming to this...
Read moreLast week I went to exchange something, so I stand in line waiting for my turn. I asked the the girl, if I have to return first, then get another size. She told me that she can do, just go and grab the right size. So I did, when I came back without the piece because they didn't have it I went straight to her (the line was already long). She told me that I had to stand in line. I was in shock. She said it's store policy, and the manager backed her up. If that was so, I'd have returned the piece there, then go to self cashier. But she missed that out, BAD SERVICE!! Also, the cafe there is ALWAYS out, with lights out and everything, and this was 11ish, when you are expecting most to get some lunch. But it happens many days during the week. Sometimes I want a quick grab and go (or wait about 8min to get ready, I really don't min), but it feels like I'm in luck every time that cafe is open. I drive sometimes just to get some food, to find out that is close and run out of this or that. I'm done with target! I've doing Amazon purchases lately, and even return for Free with no hassle and bad customer service, so you know wht? I don't why loose my time, my gas and my good vibes , with such a bad place. Shame on you...
Read moreThe last few times I’ve been here, there has been one employee at the register, and only 4 self check out kiosks… leading to a line that stretches to the pharmacy department. This store is overall very clean and well maintained, but waiting in line is something you have to budget time for. Update: Changing my review from 3 to 1 star. The wait line is awful. I just spent half an hour to check out. They only do soda stream returns at the exchange, they need to figure out how to do it at the cashier (who was glued to her phone. Her lack of urgency would explain the half hour long wait in line).
The exchange line is super long, the check out line is super long… just a huge inconvenience.
Not to mention the make up section is a disaster. The make up was just piles of product in the wrong place.
Maybe they need to hire more people, or need better management. The whole place is a soul sucking capitalist sink hole where dreams die.
I wish I just ditched what I was going to buy to save myself the time in line and order on Amazon. But apparently I’m an idiot for wasting my time, and even more time writing...
