Alright! So it's Valentine's Day, and you know this is the ultimate test for a flower shop.
First let's get the only minor inconvenience I had out of the way:
Due to the volume of orders, they didn't answer the phone on this day. All in all, that's understandable. However, if you're someone who worries like me, all I can say after today is that you can trust they'll deliver on time.
Now, on to the good:
My significant other received her flower arrangement at her workplace super on time and the presentation was just flawless and beautiful. It's even better than I expected, from the pictures on their website. They really excel in presentation, I have to say. Horrible customer service, they don’t call before making the delivery and then if the person getting the delivery isn’t home they want to charge you $15 for new delivery date (even if you aren’t aware you are getting the flowers!!!!) i wasn’t even going to write a negative review because i was waiting for them to come through, but NOPE! Had to be on the phone with one of their employees telling them for far too long how it’s on them because they claimed they were going to try delivering the flowers later that day and i never received a call or any kind of communication from them until i finally called them to see what is going on, and that’s when they said I will be getting charged a delivery fee for THEM not working efficiently....

I was sent a cryptic email to call them and was made to either purchase more to get ‘free delivery’ or pay the $15 delivery fee. I spoke to 3 different people to get this done. I understand this is a small business and every penny counts, but some battles have to be chosen more carefully, especially if it’s a system error that’s not the customer’s fault.
