Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Juan

Went thru drive thru. Sarai was working the window. She was laughing with another co worker at my Spanish. Rushing my husband to order. He said he wanted something else, she said THAT IS??.... when we pulled up to pay, she reached her arm out and said dame. No total, nothing! We asked for 15 hot sauce, she handed him 3. He said I want 15. ( he speaks fluent Spanish and English btw) she closed the window said she had to ask. We ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food. I've been in the food industry for over 20 years. I have been a manager for several Taco Bells in different states. I would have fired her on the spot. She needs to take a look in the mirror if she wants to laugh at someone. Not her looks, but...

I went there for lunch today and ordered the Mexican pizza combo. The pizza or oil they used to make the pizza tasted stale and needs changing. The bean burrito that I ordered was fine and the fries were fresh. There is a problem entering the parking area. The road is messed up. It has been a long time they haven’t fixed it, and I doubt they will do anything about it. I think they just don’t care? It’s two hours later after my meal, and I kid you not, I am getting feelings of nausea and I felt like throwing up. I quickly ran to the toilet and I threw up 3 times. I could taste the stale oil in my mouth as I threw up. I will avoid this particular Taco Bell...

Only 1 star, because you can't put zero. If I could give it negative 5 I would. Went through the drive through, ordered and paid. The girl hands me the food without offerring sauce. So I ask for 10 pacets of hot sauce. She refuses. I leave the drive through and park. I enter. The place stinks of mold. The manager refuses to give me more than 8. Yes, this taco hell will fight you over two pacets of hot sauce. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! If the mgr is being THAT CHEAP, think about what other corners...
