Id give TOMMY AND HIS TEAM ZERO STARS if I could. Been hearing for over 4 plus years from the multiple people who have been hired and fired there about how they are understaffed and overwhelmed with case work....well sounds like you all need to take less fiestas and get to work!!! Something you folks dont know much about down there in your cozy little offices...you do nothing for folks who lose out on benefits,due to your staffs inability to make calls,return calls,or just really do anything...pretty sad when my wife lies here in the hospital due to Tommy and his staff who couldnt process paperwork in time(it was turned in 4 months AGO BY THE WAY,LIKE 4 MONTHS BEFORE IT WAS DUE OR AN ISSUE) BUT AGAIN COSTILLA COUNTY SS STRIKES AGAIN!!!! Honestly, it is next to impossible to get a phone call back from this office. When I applied for insurance I called for 2 weeks with a few questions and got no response. I had to drive all the way to the office to get help. When I needed to move out of state and cancel my insurance due to pregnancy complications at high altitude, I called for nearly a month to try and get all my stuff canceled which created issues with my new insurance because of the delay. I still have not received a call back a month later even after explaining I have a high-risk pregnancy and could not get in to a new provider until they cancelled my insurance.
