My experience has proved excellent with the beautiful people who work at the Nordahl Marketplace! I purchased exceptional bargains especially at Gold Hallmark - we are blessed with all places that are open and survived lockdowns - which businesses suffered! Ever Virgin Most Powerful please help the free enterprise small business owners that did not live through restrictions!

Homeless there are becoming major problem. Property owner needs to address the issue in a humane and responsible way. You are going to loose tenets and customers for the tenets that stay.

And allowing ammunition store and before that a pet store that sells puppy mill puppies. Who you rent to is a reflection to who you are.

Also pushing out Lakeshore 6 months ago to put an autoparts store who still has not moved in but hoards of homeless with huge stacks of belongings is again very disappointing. I truly believe your ownership group needs to take responsibility for some of the homeless issues in San Marcos and Escondido. You also need to look into a new property management who is not so hard lined about missing rent or cannot negotiate with its renters. Nordahl Marketplace is one of my favorite shopping centers in North County. It has always been an area that I have considered part of my "comfort zone". It has a really great variety of stores and restaurants, that include a huge selection of big names in retail, food, and finance. Stores worth mentioning are: Walmart, Tmobile, Kohls, ColdStone, Guitar Center, Navy Federal, Hallmark, Panda Express, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Starbucks, and Hooters. There's also a little mom and pop asian grocery and an all you can eat sushi buffet, among several other small businesses that add some character to a backdrop that's painted heavily in corporate paint. But hey, it's the world we live in, and I must say, we got it pretty damn good on this side of the earth!
