I had an appointment for a perm and showed up on time. The gentleman looked surprised when I got there. He put some boxes away, and straightened up a bit and about 10 minutes later a man came in for a haircut, at which the employee said it would be about 20 minutes when another employee would be in to cut his hair- so he waited. I was taken back by the male employee to get my hair washed. Once done I was taken back to my seat. While in my seat a woman came in who had an appointment for coloring with the employee who was expected to come in at any minute. While I sat in the chair with wet hair, the male employee proceeds to do the hair coloring on the other patron. In the meantime the man is still waiting. The other employee finally comes in- the male employee is clearly upset with her- and she is going to do my perm. The two employees have an exchange of words then she asks me what size curls I want, so I tell her and she goes to the back. I sit there for another 10 minutes- the girl never comes back, so the male employee says he’ll do my perm. He proceeds to section my hair, steps outside for a moment, comes back in and tells me he’s too upset (at his colleague) and says he can’t do my hair and he leaves. I just sit there dumbfounded! The guy waiting for a haircut is told by the girl he can cut his hair, but she now proceeds to set up a lady for a pedicure- he leaves. I leave as well with wet (clean)...

I went in about 2 weeks ago and Just writing a review now. I’m really upset with the service they provided this time around. I got my acrylics done and the women that did the job just did terrible, really upset. She asked me how long I wanted my nails and I said long but not that long, she went on and cut the fist nail I told her to redo it because it was cricked and she got mad and said something in her language. While doing my nails she held my nails really tight, she like “ relax your hand”, oh it was relax and it really hurt my fingers the way she way grabbing them. The owner is very rude and disrespectful at all coustmer service is terrible not professional at all very bad communication and long wait I was talking to owner over the phone and he asked me to come and once I arrived he said he can’t do my nails and I can go somewhere else And second time I went I was first one to go he had me to wait like an hour and half was so rude I was talking to him he left me it’s terrible place I don’t recommend it at all I went couple of times and every time I go there is something happened Bad bad bad coustmer service especially dealing with...
