San Tan Heights Towne Center — Local services in San Tan Valley

This whole area needs a lot of growing to become city- like , has the population but not the right businesses. Perhaps , they want to remain rural. Plenty of car wash, emergency rooms (I would not recommend it) fewer fast food restaurants and some local (the few in the area just ordinary) trying to stay in business.
