I want to thank the staff of Sandtown Florists for a wonderful experience this week. I live in New Jersey and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Michigan for her birthday. I explained to the staff that I had had several bad experiences ordering flowers in the past. They recommended a beautiful arrangement and explained the substitutions for some flowers that weren't available. They sent me a picture of the flowers and contacted me when they would be delivered. My daughter loved them and I was very pleased. Horrible service ... terrible manners on the phone and really obnoxious behavior overall. I needed to order an arrangement for a funeral in Lexington but am calling from Japan and they just wouldn't take any time to work with me... hung up...
