Purchased Ryobi P26010 Pole Hedge Trimmer at Home Depot on a Special Price deal then found out why, you have buy the battery&charger separately for more than double the trimmer cost. Fast forward 14 mo.to today, the single 18 V 6 AH battery will not charge now (and yes, I maintained it properly). Went to HD to buy a new battery, they don't offer that battery anymore and they suggest calling Ryobi (TTI Consumer Power Tools). Called the 800#, sounded like they offshore their Customer Service, asked for assistance with the battery and 3 yr warranty. Lady was very sorry, but without a receipt she could not help me. I am returning the the two batteries and free tool deal I bought today just because your customer service is useless. I'll sell the trimer, battery, and duel station charger in a yard sale to get it...

We will be getting a lawyer for harassment. This...

I’ll stick with Dewalt and Makita over Ryobi any and every day. Even Irwin is better if you can believe it. Do some background checks on...
